I started Yoga in order to learn how to calm and relax myself. I am a full-time college student and a mixed martial arts practitioner training for tournaments. Each day my mind and body would feel tired and tense after long hours of studying, training, and working. Yoga offered me a way to help calm and relax myself. I would highly recommend this to anyone. (I attended the Friday morning class with Lucy G. as the yoga instructor. She is an excellent instructor and person.)

May Yoga with Robin flourish and prosper causing many "to be in good health even as their souls prosper." After three weeks of faithful attendance and gracious care provided me, my weight is reducing after decades of battle. I thank the Lord and the services of Yoga with Robin for my now not having to have the additional burden of a possible brain surgery. My symptoms have totally disappeared. "Fearfully and wonderfully am I made."

I'm finding so much peace, happiness, freedom and so much to learn at your studio! No absolute rules one way or the other. I LOVE that. Different classes, different subjects, no set routines in the classroom, different people in almost every class, etc, etc, etc, yet there is order and discipline through it all.

Now that
I have attended a couple of the classes
I can understand why it means so much to
